If for any reason you are not happy with your item please let us know and we will gladly refund money back. You have to pay for the return shipping.  To get your re-fund you MUST RETURN the product(s) to us. Before we re-fund your money you will be CHARGE your previous order shipping cost. If you want to keep the product(s) you WILL GET half off your re-fund.

We ARE NOT responsible for your own mistake!!

If you want to ex-changes an item with another item you will have to pay for:

  • Shipping for the exchange item
  • A repackaging fee
  • The return Shipping

We are not responsible for damages suffered by the product(s) when handled by the postal services, however we will re-fund your money or re-send your product(s) depending on what you want to do. In order to get a re-fund or re-send the product(s) that have been damaged for any reason, please send a picture of damage product(s) to us.

PLEASE NOTE! Send a picture of the damages as soon as possible, we won’t be able to send a replacement until we see the pictures of damages of the product(s).

For International customers we offer only refund or ship re-placement with your next order only.
